3 Day Digestive RESET


Here we are approaching a new year and perhaps there’s been an accumulation of habits that’s gotten us off track. Āyurveda's solution to the season of indulgence is the kitchari mono-diet. This staple food has been used for thousands of years to heal digestion and aid the body in cleansing toxins. It is a simple recipe of basmati rice, split lentils, and digestive spices that is easy to digest. When eaten exclusively for a period of time, the body has time to rest and repair, moving toxins out of the GI tract. ⁠

⁠This gentle reset is for you if you’ve been feeling:

Join me in a community of like-minded folks where you will receive guidance as we collectively reignite our digestive fire. This mini-cleanse will include:

  • Cleanse prep guidelines

  • Shopping lists

  • Recipes for kitchari and alternative cleanse meals

  • An introduction and group opening intention session

  • A group check in and centering session

  • A group closing session and guidelines to end your cleanse

Each meeting will take place at 9:00 AM over Zoom for a quick, 30 minute session. Recordings of each session will be made available to those who can’t attend live.
