I discovered Ayurveda in 2013, and it transformed my life. Understanding Ayurveda helped me change the way I relate to food and gave me powerful tools to heal by using food as medicine.

I have been a chef for over 25 years, food is my life and my art. My reverence for this Earth’s beauty runs deep and is expressed through everything I put my hand to. I have worked at the helm of many bustling restaurants, traveled the world led first by my tastebuds, owned and operated food trucks and created award winning cheeses. My love of food came first from family, gathering around a loud table, and has grown to become a form of healing for myself, those I feed and the Earth.

My goal is to bring embodied Ayurveda to everyone I work with, through consultations and education. By incorporating the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda into our daily lives, we not only enhance our well-being but also contribute to the greater good of our planet. So let us embark on this journey together, embracing the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, and embracing the opportunity to cultivate wellness within ourselves and spread it to the world, generation by generation
