The Sacred Window Circle is a full service alternative to the traditional baby shower that builds a nourishing container around the expectant Mother. Through the wisdom of Ayurveda, the guests are provided with the information and tools to bring Mom the healing foods she needs postpartum. We do this through an educational and hands-on cooking class, preparing a family-style meal for all the participants. We craft a custom set of recipe cards and delegate a food train to be executed after the baby arrives, so that her friends and family can bring the revitalizing foods she and her new baby truly need right to her doorstep.
