Through Ayurveda, I can help you to find the food that resonates and come back into rhythm with nature to reach your health goals and maintain a life of balance.

In this group of sessions, I work with you to determine your unique body type and imbalances and apply the tools of Ayurveda to help you reach your health goals. We approach your health by addressing the root cause and seeking balance through nutrition, lifestyle and herbs.

Dis-ease of any kind takes time to take root in the body and mind. So it takes time and devotion to changing our lifestyle in order to uproot and heal dis-ease. I ask anyone who decides to work with me to commit to at least 3 sessions where we can anchor new habits and see the positive and long lasting results of a dedicated practice.

You will recieve guidance personalized to your unique constitution in each session.

Nutrition

We will determine the right foods for your dosha, incorporating balancing culinary spices and healthy fats and work to reduce or eliminate any foods that are causing imbalance.

Lifestyle

We may incorporate simple breathwork, mediation or self-care practices as we build your daily routine that is the cornerstone to a balanced life.

Herbs

Ayurvedic herbs may be recommended to subtly fine tune the beneficial work of diet and lifestyle.

The Consultation Package Includes:


  • An initial 90 minute in-person or over Zoom consultation where we determine your imbalances and create a roadmap to health

  • Two 45 minute follow up consultations

  • A comprehensive wellness assessment

  • A personalized nutrition, mindfulness, and daily routine plan to help you reach your goals

  • Guidance and support via email between your sessions to help you keep on track toward your health goals

  • An introduction to your Vedic astrology chart that can assist us in understanding your body type and challenges

  • Helpful tools, tips, recipes and tricks for navigating your unique health journey
